st below your knee. People who are experiencing ITB syndrome will have pain on the outside of the knee and may experience “hip snapping” when walking.

I have personally  suffered from ITB syndrome. Besides my outer knee aching, once at the gym I had a trainer come to me and say he could see my “hip snapping” while on the elliptical. It was then I knew I had to do something about this problem before it turned into a more serious injury.

Besides a foam roller, the best way to treat your ITB syndrome is with a visit to a chiropractor. Your chiropractor will be able to assess your situation and treat your injury.
